Monday – 2022 Sacramento County Mixed Team Championship (Winners: Duncan+Webb, LaCasse+Wells, San Flippio + San Flippio)

The 52nd annual County Mixed Team Scotch Championship was contested at Mather Golf Course on Sunday, July 10, 2022.


Tuesday – Congratulations To Catta Verdera CC Jr Tournament Winners: Niko Sato, Bella Ransi, Ian Cheng, Amelia Greenlee, Ethan Allred

On Monday, July 11th, the Catta Verdera CC Jr tournament happened at Twelve Bridges Golf Course in Lincoln, CA. First Tee hosted the tournament — Greater Sacramento Junior Tour, a year-round competitive golf tournament program for boys and girls ages 12-18. Juniors can play and compete on over 24 different area golf courses.


Wednesday – Mackenzie’s Sports Bar & Grill Featured On GoodDay Sacramento

Our very own Dave Ohlsen was featured on Good Day Sacramento. Dave is the Mackenzie’s Sports Bar & Grill manager here at Haggin Oaks.


Thursday – PGA TOUR PROFESSIONAL AUSTIN SMOTHERMAN JOINS FIRST TEE AS AN OFFICIAL AMBASSADOR

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., – PGA TOUR professional and First Tee alumnus Austin Smotherman has been named an official ambassador of First Tee.


Thursday- Congratulations to Peach Tree CC Jr Tournament Winners: Landon Abalateo, Lillian McGowan, Aneil Sandhu, Alaythia Hinds & Matthew Shimizu

The Peach Tree CC Jr Tournament occurred at the Peach Tree Country Club located in Marysville, about thirty minutes north of Roseville and Sacramento, in Yuba County.


Friday – 5 Adaptive Golf Carts Available At Haggin Oaks

Haggin Oaks Golf Complex has 5 adaptive golf carts for people with disabilities available for use.

Saturday – Staff Profile: TONY RODRIGUEZ, Starter in the Pro Shop at William Land Golf Course

Tony Rodriguez has been a Starter in the Pro Shop at William Land Golf Course for the past year.
In the fall he will be entering as a 4th year student at Sac State with a major in Journalism.
