The Northern California Institute of Golf Adult Programs – 916-808-2531

The Northern California Institute of Golf provides an athlete-centered approach to improving a student’s game. Golf Coaches are trained to understand not only technical swing techniques but perhaps more importantly, the human skills of golf. We build long-lasting, trustworthy relationships while having the student understand the most important aspects of the game and practice habits for effective results.

Improvement in golf happens through a systematic “Step by Step” process focusing on development that allows golfers to develop and participate no matter what level they currently may be and no matter what their golfing aspirations and goals might be. What step are you on? What step would you like to achieve? Follow the Northern California Institute of Golf’s “Step by Step” approach and reach your true potential!

GAME OF WEDGES:  Assessments are an integral part of the learning landscape. Merely hitting shots with no consequences does little to improve your game. To reach your peak performance, it is important to practice scenarios that reflect your experience on the course. This 2-hour session will help you assess your skill level with your wedges from 50 yards and closer. Through task-based assessments, combining testing and positive reinforcement, you will receive helpful feedback on your wedge skill level.

THE APPROACH SHOT: Wedges And More:  You are 60 to 100 yards from the green. You grab your wedge because you believe it’s what happens from this distance, right? This two hour program will help you improve your approach shots with your wedges as well as provide opportunities to discover additional options when approaching from these distances.
