With nearly three decades of human resources experience, Andrea Kruger brings knowledge, compassion, and an open-door approach to supporting employees across the Morton Golf family.
Andrea Kruger has served as the Human Resources Manager for Morton Golf LLC for the past six months, bringing with her 28 years of experience in human resources.
Before joining Morton Golf LLC, Andrea spent 24 years with the California Dairy Council, where she built a successful career before retiring from state service. She then continued her work in human resources with Worldwide Flight Services for three years. Today, Morton Golf LLC is fortunate to benefit from Andrea’s extensive HR expertise and commitment to supporting employees throughout the organization.
Outside of work, Andrea’s greatest accomplishment has been raising her two children. Her 27-year-old son serves in the United States Air Force Special Forces, a highly selective role held by only a small number of service members. He lives in Arizona with his wife and Andrea’s first grandchild. Her 23-year-old daughter recently graduated from Michigan State University and now works in Michigan, beginning her career in benefits consulting. Andrea is incredibly proud of both of her children and the paths they have chosen.
When she’s away from the office, Andrea enjoys staying busy with hobbies that let her relax and create. She’s an avid reader with a personal goal of finishing 50 books each year, enjoys a variety of crafts, and especially loves needlework.
As Human Resources Manager, Andrea and her team proudly maintain an open-door policy, providing guidance and support to employees throughout Haggin Oaks, Bing Maloney, Bartley Cavanaugh, and William Land Golf Courses.
