A three-day hole-in-one challenge bringing golfers together to support the Parkinson Association of Northern California.

Golf has always been about more than the scorecard. It’s about community, friendships, and coming together for something bigger than ourselves. This September, Haggin Oaks Golf Complex is proud to partner with the Parkinson Association of Northern California (PANC) for the Take a Shot for Parkinson’s Three-Day Hole-in-One Challenge, taking place September 21–23, 2026.
Golfers of all skill levels are invited to test their accuracy, compete for incredible prizes, and support individuals and families impacted by Parkinson’s disease. Participants will have the opportunity to compete for a $250,000 Hole-in-One prize while helping support the programs and resources provided by PANC throughout Northern California.

Take a Shot. Change a Life.
The Take a Shot for Parkinson’s Three-Day Hole-in-One Challenge gives golfers the chance to enjoy a unique competition while making a difference. During qualifying rounds, participants will hit from 130 yards, aiming to finish inside a 30-foot diameter circle for a chance to advance.
Entry Options
- 3 Balls — $25 Donation
- 9 Balls — $50 Donation
The closest qualifiers will advance through the competition, with the top 10 shots moving on to the championship final.

Semifinal Round and Championship Final
The 10 closest qualifiers will compete from 140 yards in the championship final for the chance to claim the title and compete for the $250,000 Hole-in-One prize.
Championship Prizes
All 10 championship finalists will receive a custom Cleveland wedge. If no hole-in-one is made during the final, the closest-to-the-pin finalist will also receive a complimentary custom club fitting and a discount toward new clubs from the Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop.

Every donation from Take a Shot for Parkinson’s helps PANC continue providing important resources and support for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, their families, and caregivers.
Through community programs, education, support groups, and advocacy, PANC helps ensure those affected by Parkinson’s have access to the resources they need.
Spectators Welcome
You don’t have to compete to be part of the excitement. Spectators are welcome to come out to Haggin Oaks, cheer on competitors, and experience a unique charity golf event that combines competition, community, and purpose.

Please note: The $250,000 Hole-in-One prize is open to amateur golfers only. Golf professionals are welcome to participate but are not eligible for the grand prize.
