CIF Northern California Championship Results for Boys Highschool Golf

Reigning Champions De La Salle managed to hold onto their title through their impressive performance at the CIF Northern California championship. De La Salle had a dominant performance where they won by 13 strokes, shooting 357 as a team (Pictured Above). The runner-up was Crystal Springs Upland-Hillsborough shooting a 370. The star of the event was De La Salle’s Jaden Dumdumaya who had a stellar performance, shooting 4 under par. Luke Price was not far behind Jaden as he came in second place at the event. Casey Leebrick Wraps up Sac State Golf Career With NCAA Morgan Hill Regional

Senior Casey Leebrick competed in his last event as a hornet on May 17th at the Morgan Hill Regional. In his final performance, he shot 76-79-80-235 over the three-day event. His score tied him for 69th place.

Leebrick cemented himself as a Sac State golf legend as he retires with many impressive performances and a school record. He holds the school’s 54-hole record as he scored 64-71-67-202. Read more about Casey Leebrick and the Morgan Hill Regional HERE.

Sacramento Valley Senior Amateur

The Sacramento Valley Senior Amateur Golf Tournament took place on May 23rd and 24th and was held at Haggin Oaks on the Alister Mackenzie course. This tournament allowed golf veterans to compete with one-another because to enter the tournament one needs to be over the age of 55. There were three different flights organized by age group, the Senior flight was 55+, the Super Senior flight was 65+, and the Legends Flight was 75+. Corey West won the Senior flight scoring -4, Casey Boyns won the Super Senior flight scoring -3, and Joe Angel won the Legeds flight scoring an even on the course.
