BRENTWOOD, Tenn.,  – The WGC – FedEx St. Jude Invitational’s champion and current world number one chose traction to earn his 13th win and to add another title to his impressive résumé on the PGA Tour.

In addition to a win on the PGA Tour, Softspikes® and Champ® claimed victories on both the European Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour this weekend.

“The WGC – FedEx St. Jude Invitational is a great event to benefit an even better cause.

We are always happy to help the world’s best perform at the highest level and we accomplished that this weekend by getting wins on three major tours.” said John Hohman, senior vice president of marketing for PrideSports/MacNeill-Pride Group.

The winner of the WGC – FedEx St. Jude Invitational was sporting a custom pair of FootJoy Icon shoes designed with the help of a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The Champ® Pro-Stinger was used on the bottom of this one of a kind shoe.

Replaceable cleat technology made by Softspikes® and Champ® had additional wins over the weekend. The winner of The Barracuda Championship chose the FootJoy Fury with Pulsar® Spikes made by Softspikes®.

While on the European Tour, the winner chose the Nike Roshie with the Champ® Pro-Stinger spikes.

Replacement Softspikes® and Champ® cleats can be purchased in the golf section of most large retailers, sporting goods stores, golf specialty and golf course pro shops across the country.

These cleats can also be purchased online at Morton Golf Sales here.

PrideSports is the undisputed leader in the golf cleat segment with its CHAMP® and Softspikes® brands.

The company recommends golfers change their cleats every six to eight months – or even more frequently based on use – to ensure golfers get the maximum performance out of their footwear.
