Teen Triumphs at California State Fair Junior Golf Championship

It was a spectacular day at the MacKenzie Golf Course at Haggin Oaks on August 26th. Young golfing talents emerged victorious at the California State Fair Junior Golf Championship, setting records and making headlines. Among the stars of the day were a 17-year-old from Folsom Michael Sorber and 16-year-old Chloe Ku from San Ramon.

The story that has everyone talking is the impressive 8-under par score of 64 by the 17-year-old Folsom resident Michael Sorber. To say that his performance was stellar would be an understatement.
