May’s Food Specials at the MacKenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille

MAY your bellies be full of delicious food specials this May at MacKenzie’s Sports Bar & Grille from Chicken Fried Steak to Tempura Shrimp Salad!

The year may be flying by but another month means yet another time to eat appetizing food at the MacKenzie’s Bar & Grille!

Your new breakfast option is the Chicken Fried Steak! It’s a plate full of mouthwatering breakfast favorites: homemade country gravy on top of crispy chicken steaks, a side of breakfast-style potatoes, with a couple of farm fresh eggs, and a biscuit. Now that’s a complete breakfast.

Next up, salad. Get rid of any thought of a boring salad without anything of real substance in it though! Oh no. The Tempura Shrimp Salad features a nice portion of tender tempura shrimp, over fresh greens– but that’s not all! Mandarin oranges and crispy wonton strips tossed in Sesame Ginger dressing add some complementary flavors and really takes that salad meal to a new level.

A classic returns! Kenny’s Sandwich is back and that’s a great thing to hear. This toasted sandwich has both corned beef and pastrami, balanced with a crunchy coleslaw, and melted provolone cheese. Plus a side of fries and a pickle to top it all off. It’s the sandwich that just keeps on giving. Go ahead and insert any other cliches to describe this great sandwich.

If you don’t feel like committing to a whole, big meal, your smaller option is Chicken Street Tacos. Made simply but has an incredible flavor to really satisfy that taco craving. Combine with a side and make it a tapas-style meal!

Don’t forget Happy Hour at the Grille. Do you like Tater Tots? Chili? Cheese?? Good because there’s Chili Cheese Tater Tots for $5. And who doesn’t like Beef Sliders? They’re everything you love in a burger but small and THREE of them!

The MacKenzie’s Sports Bar and Grille is located at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex at 3645 Fulton Avenue in Sacramento, CA. Enjoy our daily Happy Hour specials today, served from 3-6pm seven days a week! Take a peek at the Happy Hours menu:
