Folds of Honor Weekend is Friday, September 2 through Monday, September 5, 2016 at Morton Golf and TFTGS
This Labor Day weekend, the golf industry will look to top the nearly $6.5 million in donations it raised in 2015 through Patriot Golf Day, the leading fundraiser for non-profit, Folds of Honor. All money raised during this critical campaign will fund educational scholarships for the family members of military men and women who have fallen or been disabled in combat while serving in the United States armed forces. The Patriot Golf Day campaign is jointly supported by The PGA of America and the United States Golf Association. Folds of Honor is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization standing together to provide scholarships and assistance to the spouses and children of those killed or disabled in service to America.
In 2015, Patriot Golf Day raised more money for Folds of Honor scholarships than any previous year, with $6,445,000 in donations coming from nearly 1,600 courses nationwide. The Patriot Golf Day campaign is jointly supported by The PGA of America and the United States Golf Association.
