During the British Open this July 19-22, play the championship course at William Land!
In honor of the British Open, from Thursday, July 19 through Sunday, July 22, the William Land Golf Course is offering recreational golfers championship conditions.
What does Championship Conditions mean? Come out this week and try firmer and faster conditions on the course. The tee blocks will be set back on the appropriate tee boxes (red, white and black) and the new tees on holes #4 and #8 will be open for play. Some pins will be tucked near the edge or near a slope on the greens and the rough will be slightly higher wherever possible.
William Land Golf Course is located inside William Land Park’s 160 acres in the same park where the Sacramento Zoo and Fairytale Town are located. If you are looking for fun activities to pursue while in town for the Senior Championship Tournament at Del Paso Country Club, William Land Park is the ideal location to visit with friends and family.
