The Cal Eagles community came together for a day of friendly competition and connection at the recent Putting Tournament on the Mackenzie Practice Green. More than 100 participants from both Haggin Oaks and William Land Park joined in. Divided into teams and matched by skill level. The goal was simple: sink the most putts and post the lowest score in each bracket.

Eighteen holes were set up across the green, with players tackling either the front or back nine. The atmosphere was filled with cheers, laughter, and the occasional groan as putts narrowly missed the cup. While competition was at the heart of the event, the real victory was the sense of community. Players from both locations connected, shared stories, and celebrated their love of the game. Proving that golf is always better together.
