Lexi Booras Takes Home the Sacramento County Women’s Championship win With a Dominant Performance
Under sunny skies with a slight breeze, the golf conditions were perfect as 38 women took on Mather Golf Course. These women were competing to be this year’s Champion of the 53rd Sacramento County Women’s Championship.
This year’s Champion, Lexi Booras shot 68 both days for a total of 136. Her impressive performance only saw one bogey for the entire tournament. She ended her round with family & friends cheering her on as she parred her final hole. Her final score of 8 under displayed her golf prowess as the next closest score was even with par. Lexi will be a Senior at Rocklin High School this coming fall, graduating with the class of 2024. She has verbally committed to attend the University of San Francisco upon High School graduation, as she will be playing on their Women’s Golf Team.
