Check Out New Renovations At William Land Golf Course

Morton Golf spent $75K of CIP funds to upgrade William Land Golf Course (WLGC).

Golfers can now enjoy the clubhouse, cart barn, and 1st tee area repaved with concrete. Another addition to our renovated course includes the cart staging area. William Land Golf Course golfers can quickly load their clubs on the back of their cart and drive forward to the tee. We also considered proper drainage, so all water flows off the area onto the grass. We continually evolve the course and find ways to make golf more enjoyable for golfers. You’ll be able to learn more about WLGC below.

Cha V. recently left this 5-star review on Google that nicely illustrates the unique facility that represents the WLGC “Although the golf course is a part of William Land park, its an amazing course. The fairways are open and beautiful, especially in the spring. The course is easy to walk, and there are always available tee times. I love how it’s right smack dab in the city, but it makes me feel isolated from the world when playing the course.”

WLGC is a 9-hole golf course in the scenic William Land Park, near the Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town, and Funderland. The golf course was built in 1924 and featured a restaurant and golf at the facility. We invite you to book a tee time and enjoy this majestic course. You can click here to book a tee time.

After a golf round, stop for a cool beverage or a hearty meal in our Mulligan’s Café at WLGC. We offer a casual menu of hamburgers and sandwiches and are open year-round from dawn to dusk. Enjoy one of the specials; check out our whole menu, click here.

The course is located at 1701 Sutterville Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822.
