Abby Dixon, Jonny Carlson, and Denielle Mills have been the “Dream Team” Merchandisers inside the Haggin Oaks Golf Super Store for the past year.
Abby Dixon was one of the original Merchandisers who started the Dream Team back in 2020. Jonny was added to the Dream Team in 2022 and one year ago Denielle was added to complete the Dream Team.
All three employees have a great zest for life. Working together as a team has brought out the best in each other’s creativity along with making them be the best at what they do.
Abby comes to Morton Golf with a Fashion Merchandiser and Management degree from Sac State where she graduated in 2024. Abby also has had the opportunity to go back to New York City to participate in “Fashion Week.” She just returned from her third time working the event and this time was a Stylist with hopes of more trips back to New York City. Abby has enjoyed being part of the Dream Team but has just accepted a promotion to the Sales Floor in the Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop.
When Jonny is not Merchandising for Morton Golf he enjoys hiking with his family. Last year he and his family spent 4 days backpacking in the Grand Canyon. Jonny is also known for the dog that he rescued in Haggin Oaks parking lot last December. The dog was checked out and within no time he was the proud owner of his new dog, Kevin.
Denielle is immensely proud of her family. She and husband will be celebrating 20 years of marriage this year. They have two beautiful children, an 18-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son. Both children are continually active in their school and have bright futures ahead.
In interviewing the Team, you can see and feel their enthusiasm. Denielle commented that you know how much you love your job when it comes Sunday evening and you are excited to head to work the next day. Isn’t it always better to find something you love to do and never call it work?
Every day at the golf course whether you play golf or not, it is a wonderful day.
There are no bad days for them!
