Woodland High School Girls Golf Team had a Fantastic Season!
The Woodland High School varsity golf team had a fantastic year with a roster filled with first-timers and underclassmen.
Led by junior all-league recipient and Golden Empire League MVP runner up Taylor Ruport, the Wolves golf team finished a perfect 8-0 in league play and were crowned co-league champions. As a team in the D-IV sections, they finished runners-up to West Campus, earned six individual all-section medals, and then sent three girls to the masters meet as individuals.
The 2021 AGC Super Senior Player of the Year: Jeff Burda
After winning three major super senior titles and finishing as runner-up in two more, Jeff Burda of Modesto, Calif. is the 2021 AmateurGolf.com Super Senior Player of the Year.
