The Northern California Institute of Golf provides an athlete-centered approach to improving a student’s game. Golf Coaches are trained to understand technical swing techniques and the human skills of golf. We build long-lasting, trustworthy relationships while having the students understand the most important aspects of the game and practice habits for effective results.

The Golf Fore Health Program consists of two nine-week sessions during April, May, June, September, and October. The class spends most of its time on the golf course (Monday/Wednesday mornings from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM), which makes the learning process even more fun and engaging. Each of our nine week sessions culminates in our fun Hot Dog Scramble outing!
