Darlene Galdamez started with Morton Golf LLC at Bing Maloney Golf Course in March 2005 as the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Manager.
Before coming to Bing Maloney Golf Course, she had a position with State Farm Insurance and also at the grade school that her children attended. Her goal was to spend more time with her children and this allowed that to happen.
Darlene does not play golf. She appreciates everything about the game but at this time in her life, her family is her top priority.
She has been married since 1982 and has a son & daughter. Their 2 children have gifted her and her husband with 5 grandchildren, so far.
When she is not in the kitchen at Bing Maloney Golf Course, she is in her garden at home or cooking for her family. She is from Central America and enjoys cooking foods from different cultures.
One of her favorite things to do is bake. Her signature is a Cinnamon Powdered Sugar Cookie, a family favorite.
