Don was born in Brooklyn, New York - raised in New Hampshire and a Floridian for 27 years prior to moving to Sacramento in 1995.
Entering the golf business in 1993 after an extensive career in the business world, Don joined the Haggin Oaks Team in 1996 and became a certified teaching professional in 1997. His knowledge of the golf swing and other facets of the game combined with his experience as a coprorate manager and trainer have enabled him to be a confident, effective and successful teaching professional.
Don has attended numerous golf schools, player development workshops and teaching seminars conducted by some of the worlds most acclaimed Golf Professionals:

He is blessed with the ability to put his students at ease and make the learning experience fun and enjoyable. He teaches private and group lessons for men and women of all ages.
