Two Great Ways to Play Junior Golf at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex

Get your junior golfer out on the course with our Kids Play Free and Youth on Course programs!


All Junior Golf participants, 17 and under, play for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. One must purchase the City Play card to be able to participate. The City Play Card is an affordable loyalty reward program designed to save you money on green fees. The Card has an annual fee of $20, which is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and entitles players to discounts on green fees.


  • Adult Cardholders: Up to 10% Off Green Fee and Cart rates every day of the week
  • Senior Cardholders: Up to 20% Off Green Fee and Cart rates – Age 60+
  • Junior Golf Cardholders: Up to 50% Off Green Fee and Cart rates – Age 17 & Under
    Junior Golf Cardholders can take advantage of our Kids Play Free Promotion, with a paying adult golfer.

Juniors, seniors and all adults must purchase a City Golf Play Card in order to receive green fee discounts. City Play Cards are good 12 months from date of purchase.

City Play Cards may be purchased in person at any Morton Golf facility during normal business hours.


Youth_on_Course480The NCGA Youth on Course programs provides junior golf participants, under the age of 18, access to playing all Morton Golf Facilities for a $3-$5 green fee.

The Youth on Course membership lasts from January 1 to December 31 each year, and you will need to renew your membership each year. Click HERE to learn more.

Is your junior golfer part of The First Tee of Greater Sacramento? All juniors under the age of 18 that participate in The First Tee of Greater Sacramento program automatically receive a Youth on Course Card.


At Haggin Oaks Golf Complex junior golfers are welcome to use their Youth on Course Membership at the following times:

$3 for 9-holes and $5 for 18-holes Weekends after 12 pm & Weekdays Anytime.
