SNEAK PEAK at the NEW Tour Edge Exotics CB5 Fairway and Hybrid

Tour Edge is releasing their new 2012 fall product line on August 15th and they’ll be introducing a new CB5 Fairway and Hybrid to their Exotics line. Here is a sneak peak at the new offerings.

CB5 Fairway Wood
According to Tour Edge, “The new CB5 punches out great ball speed and less spin than the CB4 thanks to the addition of a SP700 beta titanium face. The club’s swept wing sole, titanium cup face, hyper steel body, and Fubuki Tour or Aldila RIP shaft help make the CB5 one of the longest Exotics fairway woods yet.”

The club is due to arrive at Haggin Oaks on August 15th and will retail for $299. Available in the following lofts: #3 (13*), #3 (15*), #4 (16.5*) and #5 (18*). Also available in an Aldila RIP 70 Sigma or Mitsubishi Rayon Fubuki Tour shaft in Regular, Stiff and X-Stiff flex options.

CB5 Hybrid
The other club due out on August 15th is the Tour Edge CB5 hybrid. Tour Edge writes, “The CB5 hybrid features a maraging steel cupped face, hyper steel body, and Boomerang face technology for a super hot face and great feel and control. The hybrid also features the swept wing sole that moves weight to the heel and toe for a larger sweet spot. Stock shafts include the Fubuki Tour and Alidla RIP.”

The CB5 hybrid will retail for $199. It is available in 3 models: #2 (17*), #3 (19*) and #4 (22*). It is also available in two shaft options – the Aldila RIP 70 Sigma and the Mitsubishi Rayon Fubuki Tour Hybrid 415. Available in three flex options: Regular, Stiff and X-Stiff
