The Morton Golf Foundation’s big charity putting party, better known as the Puttathon, is coming to Haggin Oaks on Wednesday, October 1.
The Morton Golf Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit charity that is dedicated to enriching the lives of the disabled and less-fortunate through the great game of golf. Programs such as California Eagles (the nation’s first and largest Special Olympics program). Saving Strokes, Boys & Girls Club, Latino Jr. Golf and the No. CA Minority Junior Golf Association are just a few of the worthy recipients.
On Wednesday, October 1, your 5-some will have the opportunity to putt 18 holes of scramble golf. Nine holes will be on the brand new MacKenzie Putting Course at Haggin Oaks Golf Course. We’ll follow it up with a dinner, a silent auction and music from our very own Morton Golf Foundation scholarship winner Karlee Hormell and her brother Connor.
The team five-some cost is $1,000-includes tee prize pack including a complimentary gift card to the award-winning Haggin Oaks Golf Super Shop to be used that night. Have friends that want to come for just dinner? Dinner can be purchased for an additional $30.
